Ingredients: Aqua, Tincturas: Arnica montana, Chamomilla recutita, Crataegus cuneata, Vinca Major, Rhodiola Sacra, Abies sibirica, Piper Bethlehem, Lavandula Angustifolia, Pimpinella anisum, Trigonella foenum-Graceum, Camelina Sativa Seed Oil, Mentha arvensis Leaf Essential Oil, Mineral Oil, Glycine Soya Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-20, Stearic Acid, Isopropyl Palmitate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Allantoin, Citric Acid.

Recommended use: cream is applied to the affected area and massaged vigorously. To amplify the effect it is recommended to wrap the area with a warm cloth.
