Ingredients: Linseed Oil, Spongillidae Extract (freshwater sponge), panthenol, camphor, Hydrolyzed Collagen (collagen) Extracts: Salvia officinalis (Sage), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Lavandula vera (lavender), Ginkgo biloba, Horse chestnut, Aqua, PEG-400 Stearat, DEG Stearat, Emulsion Wax, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Methyl paraben.

Recommended use: apply the cream evenly to the affected areas 2 times a day.
