Black tea was produced in the 17th century in China for the very first time and had been considered a mysterious medicine from the East. Many kinds of substances of black tea were proven to be beneficial for to health. Caffeine and Catechin are substances present in large amounts in black tea and can prevent proliferation, help with fighting against cancer, enhance heart functions, stimulates blood circulation, central nervous system and improve brain´ability  to think and concentrate. Black tea also relieves stress. It has been proved that after drinking black tea brain waves were much more relaxed than before drinking.
