Vitamin biotin supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and mental activity. It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and hair. It helps to maintain energy metabolism and is important for the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Ingredients of 1 tablet: fillers: lactose (milk product), starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sugar 34 mg, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, D-biotin 2 500 µg (5 000 % of the reference intake value).
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet per day, preferably with meals.
Warning: not for use by children under 12 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a physician. Do not take if intolerant to individual ingredients. Do not exceed recommended dosage. This product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
