Gold Chanterelle mushroom is a fairly widespread fungus that contains high amounts of vitamin C (0.4mg per 1 gram of fresh mushrooms), potassium K (0.5% of dried mushrooms, potassium) and is one of the richest sources of vitamin D, particularly D2 (ergocalciferol).
Ingredients: fruiting mushrooms of Cantharellus cibarius – Chantarelle extract in 80% ethanol.
Recommended dosage: 20 to 30 drops mixed in half a glass of water. The daily dose of 30 drops corresponds to about 13.2g of fresh weight of fruiting bodies of Chanterelle. The recommended duration of use is 1 month course which can be repeated.
